Aloha from Hawai'i!

I'm so excited to finally join BackyardChickens.com (after trolling all of the forums these past few days haha).
My name is Tiana, and I live on the Big Island of Hawai'i. I recently took over a friends flock of egg laying hens about a month ago, and I absolutely love it.
I have 1 Barred Plymouth Rock (Pocahontas), 1 Australorp (Mulan), 2 Ameraucanas (Fiona & Ariel), 2 Buff Orpingtons (Anna & Elsa) & 2 Splash BLRWs (Lilo & Nani). I'm getting a BLRW rooster next week, and I'm naming him Stitch. All the Disney names were picked by my daughter. Lol.
I am super new to raising chickens, since this is my first flock ever. They are all happy free ranging hens, and we're excited to watch them grow & reproduce.
