Hey Guys! I have been following your posts and found alot of help and have now joined for even more!

(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?
I started raising chickens last October and since than have added more!

(2) How many chickens do you have right now?
28! 6 laying hens 20 chicks/teens and 2 roosters teens

(3) What breeds do you have?
black astorlorps,buffs, and salmon faverolles

(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens?
watching the chicks run around and play and of course the eggs

(5) What are some of your other hobbies?
raising chicks, kids, and bees

(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.
I have 3 kids, a husband, 2 cats, a dog, 28 chickens.

I joined earlier in the week and love it here. Lots of knowledgeable folks. Love reading the stories and seeing the pictures. You’ll love it here too.
