Hello!
I have been a Chicken Tender for around 6 years. My husband wanted the chickens and I told him “I’m not caring for another living being…but I will care for them” so here I am. I don’t clean the coop, refill food, scrape poop…none of that! BUT I do play vet when they are sick and make sure they are healthy and safe.

Our flock consists of a barred rock, two Ameraucana‘s, a starlight green egger, a silkie, a frizzle, two majestic midnight marans (teenagers), and 4 brand new Colombian Wyandotte’s who are still living the chick life in our chick pen.

We enjoy the fresh eggs, the drama from watching “The Real Chicken-wives”, and having our kids experience and learn how to raise chickens.
