Hi, seemed like the correct forum to ask some questions on my new conquest, dressing out Quail that are ready to be butchered. I'm not new to birds as I'm country to the bone. Have also raised a few exotic birds. I own several large exotics but no longer breed. More interested in gathering my eggs and learning how to dress and prepare birds for the freezer.
