I think there are a lot of chicken people in the area but most of us are practicing our chicken keeping in semi-secret lol, just quietly doing our little chicken thing...
I wish more were on here!

I stumble upon "others like us" from time to time in the funniest ways.

It is very Odd that places in certain parts of the Country do not allow chickens While big cities like NY and SF allow them!

Little Town mentality of snobbishness LOL!

So true. They are "allowed here" in some places but the rules are so stringent it pretty much counts most people out.
So.... some of us would fall into the rule breaker category.

It's funny standing in line in a store and looking at what other people are buying and then it clicks in your brain,
AND YOU JUST KNOW!!!!!

Lol. Sometimes I want to hug those people.
And tell them they are not alone....

I technically live on the outskirts, almost in Castle Hayne. I don’t have neighbors close by or anything so we are pretty free to do as we wish out here. I am so happy to be outside of the “city” lol.
