Incubation is an interesting science project. I would recommend you try it and enjoy every aspect of it.

Hope you enjoy it here as much as we all do!

WELCOME! I love, love, to hatch. My hatching years are coming to an end. I can't believe I haven't hatched for close to a year. You will love it!

Hello! :) My name is Aiden.
I stumbled upon this site about 2 weeks ago when my partner and I decided to try and incubate our first batch of quail eggs. Frankly, I'm a city boy and have 0 experience with this, but he's had chickens in the past. Together we'd both like to start up our own farm, but we're far too young at the moment. At this point it's just a lot of trail and error.
I think finding this site has been a blessing. I've seen so many users actively help one another. I've already talked my friends and family to death about our eggs, and now I mustered up the courage to join the community. I hope I can learn more about raising and hatching eggs of all kinds. I've heard it can become an addiction, and I'm already hooked on it as is. :p
We do have questions regarding our eggs, as this is our first time incubating, but I'll move it to the right thread. I can't wait to start understanding this process and inevitably falling in love with hatching our own chicks!

Welcome to BYC, @cuckleberry ! Best of luck!
