(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?
I am not new to chickens, I've been raising chickens for 7 years now, I've been raising ducks for 13 years, and turkeys for 4 years.
(2) How many chickens do you have right now?
I have 17 chickens
(3) What breeds do you have?
Currently I have a speckled sussex, 2 blue laced red wyandottes, a silver laced wyandotte, 3 barnevelders, 2 easter eggers, a white crested black polish, a buff laced polish, a sapphire gem, a partridge rock, 2 olive eggers, a midnight majesty maran, and a, appenzellar spitzhauben
(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens?
I enjoy watching them run around the yard, and the eggs don't hurt
(5) What are some of your other hobbies?
I breed rabbits for ARBA, and then the turkeys and ducks
(6) Bonus: How did you find BYC, how long have you known about BYC, and what made you finally join our awesome community?
I've been using the forums for years to answer questions I had, I just joined because I have a specific question that nobody else seems to have had
