(3) What breeds do you have? Buff Orpington, Heritage Barred Rock, Silver-Laced Pencil Rock, Partridge Rock, Easter Egger, Black Copper Manan, Olive Egger, Blue Egger “designer” breed, Barnvelder, Exchequer Leghorn, Beilfelder, isbar, Crème Legbar, Ameracauna, Faverolle, and hatched my own Silkies
.
(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens? There are to many things to list!
(5) What are some of your other hobbies? We have a small hobby farm and working the land is wonderful. We have 4 aplacas coming to join us at the end of May.
(7) Bonus: How did you find BYC, how long have you known about BYC, and what made you finally join our awesome community? I found BYC numerous times when searching for information about chickens. I got tired of having to save or print pages and thought that I just better join.
