Glad to meet you, and thank you for sharing that wonderful photo of Astrid being puzzled by snow. She is so beautiful! Welcome to BYC. My girls don't like snow either, though it looks like Astrid actually went out into it, so I am totally impressed by her willingness to put her little feet into the white fluffy stuff.

I am a new member here, although I have been on here to use it as a guild for things. I got my first little flock this year in April, consisting of two Opal Legbars and two little Silver Laced Wyandottes! I am thinking of adding a few more chicks next year as well. Honestly getting chicks was a huge learning process as I had done little to no research and had to look up everything along the way. This site was a lifesaver when it came down to questions, most of the questions I had have been answered already which was amazing.
