I agree about the muscovies but because it is common here I would like a type that is less common. I might bring multiple types If I could find.

I have already asked a question there which led me to know my duckling was dead.

Again, thank you very much. I think I will really benefit from this because I always get so many questions when my chickens do weird things, and I am guessing ducks won't be any different.

No problem, I think I will buy muscovies instead. Wasted a lot of time reading about Khaki Campbells ...

Anyways, I hope it will go well. I will buy them as small chicks first so that I get enough time to build a house for them in the garden. I guess I will have to prepare a brooder then.

I'm sorry about the duck eggs. I as well as many others have had a lot of trouble with shipped eggs this year. I think starting with a few ducklings is smart. Maybe someday you'll find someone with rarer type ducks closer to you and you can buy eggs from them? I hope so anyway. Good luck!
