Thank you.

Hello Mohammad, sorry the duck hatch didn't turn out well. Good luck with your new plans!
Hi,
Ok thank you.
Hiya, Mohammad, and welcome to BYC! :frow

I'm sorry about the duck eggs. I as well as many others have had a lot of trouble with shipped eggs this year. I think starting with a few ducklings is smart. Maybe someday you'll find someone with rarer type ducks closer to you and you can buy eggs from them? I hope so anyway. Good luck!
Hi,
Thank you very much.
Maybe if I get my own duckling then they grow up and lay eggs, they can get broody and sit on them, and if they didn't, I could place the good eggs that were not shipped right into the incubator.
Thank you again.

To be honest, I don't know how to respond to "howdy".
Hi,
Thank you very much.
You're welcome.

Hello everyone, it's been sometime.

At the end of last year, so many things happened. One good thing was in my country, Syria.

Basically, the government before used to prison people based on religion and also used to allow the army to do anything they want to anyone and they always made fake votes and the same president always won even though no one votes for anyone.

At 2011, the war happened as the people in Syria couldn't stand it anymore and went out against the government, but the response from the government was that they bombed the streets which had protests and killed everyone. Because of that, I and my family were one of the many families who had to leave.

But recently, a group which had been preparing for this attack for 2-5 years were able to free Syria from that government, and the "president" ran away and went to Russia.

They then took the votes of the army and the current transitional president is Ahmad Al Shar', but a public election will take place 5 years later for the first real president and not transitional.

Now different people may have different opinions about him, but I think he does care for his country because I actually went back to Syria finally and visited it for one month (I was 3 years old when I left Syria), and I saw the country constantly improving everyday. New road lights are getting installed, buildings are getting fixed, and everything is improving.

I still couldn't believe I got to see my country again, and I returned to Malaysia as I want to study here. I still take care of the same animals.

I hope the whole world gets better as quick as possible, not just Syria.

It's good to hear from you again, Mohammad, and great to hear that Syria is on its way to recovery. Best wishes with your studies and your animals, and thank you for sharing your story.

I also hope the world gets better and quickly!
