1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?
My family first got chickens when I was very young, maybe four or five? I visit our flock when I’m home from college, and want to start my own someday.

(2) How many chickens do you have right now?
16

(3) What breeds do you have?
A wide range including RIR, buff orphingtons, barred rock, wyandottes, australorps, and olive eggers

(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens?
I like how sociable and affectionate chickens can be!

(5) What are some of your other hobbies?
Archaeology!

(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.
Home has the chickens and donkeys and dogs and cats. I’m about to start a masters degree many many states away.
