Hello from South Carolina!
I started raising a small flock of 4 chickens (eventually adding 4 more) a few years ago until last summer unfortunately my flock was ambushed. It was really heart breaking as I lost many of my original girls that I’ve had since day 1. This spring I decided to start fresh, add new safety majors from predators, and go even bigger! (Big for me, at least)
12 chickens and 2 ducks.
I decided to join since I frequented this site often for any questions about chickens I had, I might as well become a member this time around.
