(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?
Got chickens about 6 years ago.
(2) How many chickens do you have right now?
Have about 20.
(3) What breeds do you have?
Mostly barnyard mixes, but I have a couple ISA browns, wyandottes, welsummers, and leghorns.
(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens?
Probably the fact that they keep me busy!
(5) What are some of your other hobbies?
I like to learn about the logic behind things. I also like sketching and music.
(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.
Nothing much. I tend to be more of a lurker, I like to read on info and about concepts, but I tend not to participate too much. I also like learning about anatomy and structures in general. I am facinated by how things function and basically about nature.
(7) Bonus: How did you find BYC, how long have you known about BYC, and what made you finally join our awesome community?
I have known BYC, the website for a while now. Google led me here and I decided to join because of the good information I have read on this website prior to joining.
