New member looking for advice on new goslings

Welcome to BYC. I had a human imprinted goose - it was a 'fun' thing, but required near constant interaction especially when young. 2 days a week would be unfair/unhealthy for the bird.

Bad idea, geese make a lot more & bigger poo poos than chickens.

I accidentally ended up with a house chicken -- which is not a great idea, in most -- if not all --cases. And, I LOVE my geese, but having a house goose is a terrible, terrible idea. Aside from the social challenges of a lone goose in the house, I agree that the poop issue is a major consideration. Anyone who has ever stepped in goose goo knows that it isn't something you want all over in your house.
