:frow Welcome from New Orleans. Wish I could be more help, but I can tell you, with a wound that deep you do not want to use peroxide in any form, watered down or not. Sterile saline would be best, but plain sterile water would work as well and then follow @sourland 's advice. Make sure you check frequently regarding fly strike and treat immediately if you find fly strike. Also someone said keep them separate from the others so they can heal. Perhaps you can add on to your coop while they are healing, assuming that is the problem. Good luck, please post in the emergency section and keep us posted here on how your birds are doing.

I had the same problem. I separated her from the rest and brought her inside, gave her a shallow Epsom salt bath, gently cleaned the area and then sprayed with vetrycin. I kept her inside in a box with a hot water bottle (wrapped the bottle in a thick towel) and made sure she had plenty of water with nutri drench. I also had food available. I sprayed her wound twice a day with the vetrycin. Once she had started healing, I sprayed with bluekote and put her outside in my hospital pen, so she could see the others, but they couldn’t get to her and attack her healing wound. Everyone has their own way of doing things, but this worked for me. Good luck, wishing her a speedy recovery!
