New member! Never had chickens before..

Hi there. Thank you for welcoming me into the forum and group. We are new to chickens and love this site. We currently have 7 laying hens that are new to us since last week. We live on acreage and thought this would be a great first step.

Thank you! I've been researching on here before we got our flock. Everyone seems to be settled in well, laying eggs, but only several of them are coming out of the coop into the run. I think that's normal from what I am reading, just have to be patient with them I guess.
