Yes, brand new. Got my chicks about 2 weeks ago.
(2) How many chickens do you have right now?

2 Barred Rock
2 Prairie Blue Eggers
2 Starlight Green Eggers
(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens?
So far, watching them grow. Rapidly.

Gardening, hiking.
(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.
I live in Northern NY. I have 3 children, 2 recently left home and one 15 year old son at home. I have 4 cats and 1 small dog.
I work for the Dept. Of Justice.
(7) Bonus: How did you find BYC, how long have you known about BYC, and what made you finally join our awesome community?
Found it searching for info and I joined because I'm apparently chicken obsessed now
