Hi everybody! I’m turning 47 this month and am only now learning how fun, zany, quirky, bizarre and wonderful chickens are! All the wasted years... That aside I am an urban city dweller with a small lot, so started out with a RIR and a Black Australorp pullet. Have a great day everyone!

Yes everyone has been awesome on here. CM stands for chicken math, we are trying to get it labeled as a condition, but right now it is considered as an over indulging obsession with acquiring to many chicks.

Welcome and great for you. I started with 4 and now have 23. Just this week I had 7 hatch. Four "Black Star" and three "Rhode Island Red". On the 11th or 12th of this month I'll set another dozen or so eggs to hatch on the 3rd or 4th of July. Your breed of chickens are great egg layers. Enjoy!
