Thanks for noticing. I've tried to make all of my projects blend with the property rather than force the property to fit my projects.

I haven't planned on any solid roofs or terracing. I have rocks like a beach has sand. The area also doesn't get direct run off from the rest of the hill.

That looks great! Keeping wood chips from being pushed down the tunnel with chicken traffic might hard. I'd put some extra rocks and tree stumps in it, it might help hold the chips better.

Do you get a lot of snow there? Chickens don't like walking on snow much, might want to totally enclose the tunnel in winter.

That's good!

Yep.
My run has a very slight slope, the woods chips migrate downhill from chickens scratching and the occasional deluge of rain doesn't help(but major runoff issues here).

We do get snow in the winter it can be hit or miss depending on the year. It's not common for there to be snow cover for a long time. Although some years are worse than others. The run is southern exposure so what snow does build up there tends to melt quickly. They may have to spend some time cooped up in the winter but there's only 8 chickens in a full size 8x6 shed so there is room for them to move about.
