(1) Are you new to chickens?
Yes we are absolute newbies although we have been studying and preparing for over a year remodeling a former chain-link dog run (10x20), adding a roof, automatic coop door, automatic watering system, a PVC feeder and electricity.
(2) What are some of your other hobbies?
We are both artists living in Sedona, Arizona. Our lives are for the glory of Jesus Christ.
(3) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.
My wife is a retired fashion illustrator and college art professor. I retired from the Los Angeles County Fire Department where I served for 30 years.
