Hello everyone,
My name is Rochella Jones. I am owner of 12 adults chickens and as of now 6 baby chicks. I started with 13 mixed breed baby chicks two years ago. I grew up with chickens on a farm for meats but this time, they are my pets not for meats! I allow my chickens roam free with no fence and live in the shed which known as Chicken Coop =) I treated my chickens just like my other pets. I have two yellow labs and two cats. My husband and I love animals and hope to have more animals someday.
I am owner a small holistic online business while my husband worked as physical education teacher. We live outside of city limits with half acre and hoping to buy additional lands someday soon.
I join BYC because I found myself checking it pretty often for advices! I decided to join and to be part of forum family =)

Glad you could join the flock! Sounds like you and your husband are really enjoying all your animals. You sound just like me wanting more animals. I would certainly have many more if I had the room.
