Hi everyone,
My husband and I grew up with birds on the farm, so we are not new to farm life.
since COVID hit and not being able to travel full time in our RV, we knew it was time for a new adventure and settle down, start a homestead and it was time to grow our own food organically.
Now that winter in setting in we have 6 layers, 5 roosters ( I know it’s to many but still eliminating) and a pair of geese.
Our chicken are just your basic BYM and have started layingGeese are Embden
We love raising our feather flock, their personally and how excited they get when they see us coming with treats. We provide for them, they provide for us.
Besides raising birds, we love to garden and keep busy doing small
Projects.
