1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?
I am brand new to chickens! We bought our house in th country almost a year ago and got our first batch of babies in April of this year. I was raised in a city in Florida and am learned as I go about chickens and all kind of farming things.
(2) How many chickens do you have right now? 7
(3) What breeds do you have?
I have 2 Plymouth Barred Rock, 3 Australian thorps( I think they’re called that) 1 golden laced and 1 Millie booted bantam rooster

(5) What are some of your other hobbies?
yoga, gardening, reading, love to be outdoors!
(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.
I am a therapist/counselor. I have 2 dogs a pitbull mastiff who is a year old and 150lbs and a chocolate lab who is 3 years old.
(7) Bonus: How did you find BYC, how long have you known about BYC, and what made you finally join our awesome community?
I have been reading BYC since before I got my first set for how to start a brooder and things to watch for in young chicks. I decided to join so I could ask questions about my own flock.
