Hi I’m a new never to byc, I super happy to be a member, I have “owned” chickens before but I was super young, I have recently order chicks from Murray McMurray they are currently 3 days old so I was wondering if anyone has anyone has any tips or hacks, I was wondering when I could give them treats like boiled eggs, thanks in advance.:celebrate

Keep treats to a once a week, small amount type thing.
Go ahead and smash up an egg and give it to them now.
Make sure you offer grit if you feed anything besides the complete poultry feed, although I don't think it (grit) is necessary if you are just going to feed a boiled smashed up egg.
