Hi everyone.Been a long time reader of the topics here so said I might as well take the plunge and join up.I live in Ireland.
I have one pen of rhode island reds,one pen of Sussex and my favourite pen of all is my flock of mixed breeds I have bred myself over the years.The latter pen has everything running through its bloodline from silkie to brahma to speckled Sussex to jersey giant.Variety is the spice of life after all.I just hatched a batch of eggs from my mixed pen and the colours are fantastic.Everything from blacks to greys to browns.Will post some pics later.
