I am new to chickens. I got my first girls right before Memorial Day this year and have since been acquiring new chicks and learning as I go along.

Currently I have 2 grown girls, a 3 year old Rhode Island Red/Buff orpington mix, and a 6 month old silver laced Wyandotte. I also have 5 pullets, all 1 month old; 3 blue laced red Wyandottes, 1 gold laced Wyandotte, and 1 crested cream legbar.

I live in the city, but enjoy my county roots, with my husband, stepson, dog, cat, and my girls.
