New member who needs info

I just inherited about 100 two day old phesant. I'm keeping them warm, feed, and watered, but have no idea what to do next. What temp should I keep them, and if I'm successful at raising these cute little birds, how to I house that many. I'm researching housing, but don't have much time. Is it recommended that I place some type of secure flooring to keep unwantings out?

All suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
