New member with a chicken issue

Hello, I am new to this site...but have had 6 hens for about 16 months. My kids love raising them. We had someone watch our chickens for a few weeks while we visited my inlaws. When we returned our "Pearl" had bumblefoot. Having treated the bumblefoot with antibiotic spray and Priv salve..it excreted 3 large cores. She has been doing well for a couple of weeks now. But we were right in the middle of the Cedar Rapids,IA derecho on Aug. 10th and half of their run was destroyed. Today Aug. 22, she has become lathargic and is having diarrhea that is clear with some yellow. She is drinking but not eating. Her crop has been full all day and has not digested at all. I will post a pic of her excrement soon. We have removed her from the other hens. It is also very warm today. Upper 80's. I would try a vet..but when I called them about bumblefoot..I was told it would be easier to replace the chicken. Any advice or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Her normal food. It is a pellet food that is 16% protien. Have tried to entice her with meal worms and sunflower hearts as well. Crop is very full though.

Hello and welcome to BYC! Glad you joined.
Remove all food and only give her plain clean water. She may have an impacted or sour crop. Does her breath smell sour?
