Sounds like he's a cannibal. Once they get that kinda taste for their own its not going to stop. As the red Queen would say 'off with his head!' I got rid of all of my roosters just for attacking me. They had no fear of me and would attack me every time I turned my back to them. I refuse to have a mean roo or hen for that matter. My girls get along fine w/o a roo around.
