New member with a question

Hi! Been reading this site over a year, best on the web! I'm relatively new to chickens, about a year. I've got a backyard flock of 8 golden comets. One of my gals is sick (she's sequestered). Here's my dumb question: Are my eggs okay to eat? The birds all look alike, so I never know who's laid and who hasn't!
