New member with chickens and geese

Good morning all new to this thread but not new to chickens I've had chicken for at least 10 years but now I brought on a pair of African geese so I have lots of questions about those I've heard they can be mean but I've also heard if hand raise they can be a great pet any advice?

never had geese either, would like to try and get some do they work with chickens. I have heard they are good watchdogs!!

I have had geese for about 10 yrs. If you love them like a dog/puppy, they will act like a dog/puppy. Attention and socialization is critical! Pet, hold, love ALLOT!! My geese are my pals. They are kind and friendly to everyone. Hand feed as well. Mine love watermelon as a treat.

Burt the goose LOVES men. This is our friend saying hello. Burt was molting(mid spring) and looks a bit rough.
