Welcome to BYC, @DobieLover is right. Chickens get bored and cranky. Additional waters, feeders,roosts, and hiding places help keep the peace.
Try attaching pallets against the side of the run, putting in some stumps or ladders to roost on. It is especially important to have more than one feeder and waterer, as some will try to guard them.

I raise Reds too. Are they hatchery birds? I would suspect one that is the instigator and other follow. Keep up what your doing. Good luck...
