Hello I'm new to raising chickens. My grandmother raised chickens when I was a little girl. I have memories of the egg man coming in a big white truck and picking up all of her eggs. when it came back to ring their neck I remember thinking when she cut their heads that they were chasing me... . I used to help her pluck the feathers . here I am 63 years old and have decided to have chicken on my farm instead of just cows
