One rir, 2 Delaware, 2 white leghorn. They r battling mites. all I have is fgDE. And mixed it with sand and bathing them in it. I've heard wood ash is best. Wish I had that.

Yes wood ash can keep them at bay but won't kill them. Something like sevin dust or louse powder works well to actually kill them. You can also use ivermectin spot on too.
