Hello,
I am a new BYC member and a new chicken owner.
I live in Alberta, Canada.
I am the proud mother of 11 chickens, 3 barred rock and 8 RIR or Red Sussex cross (I need to figure it out). They are 8.5 weeks old and supposed to be all pullets.
My goal is to get eggs and to have fun learning about chickens
I have been having a blast building the coop and designing the interior and creating a play area in the run.
I just love to watch them and to discover all their little games and habits. I can't wait to get eggs and to learn more.
