Hi all, I'm not much for posting, but looooove having the info to reference. New chicken owner, have almost completed the coop, moved the 18-3 wk old mixed bag into the coop enclosure yesterday. They loved the sunshine that came in the door. Hope to move the 10-2 wk olds out next week. They've been living close to each other in the "brooder coop" with a partition wall. How do I let them "blend" best in the next couple of weeks? And them let them outdoors.....Thanks for all the info!

Hi there! I'd start them all together free ranging.
Welcome to BYC and thanks for joining our flock!
This video should help you find your way around, enjoy!

You can do the same ie, partitioned run / coop. You may have no problem anyway since they are large groups and only a week apart., so each group has formed some 'buddies', making it somewhat safer from group attacks. Just be sure to supervise, if you turn them all loose together.
