Hi, We have a small hobby farm in the Missouri Ozarks. I love chickens and all things fowl. I currently have 3 male peacocks and two females. We have chickens and guineas and we have had ducks in the past. I love to hear the rooster crow , although our guests often do not! Hope to learn things here and enjoy reading about other's experiences and answers.

Welcome to BYC. About roosters crowing - many years ago BIL and SIL were visiting and I was wakened around 3 AM by a knock on our bedroom door. BIL asked where the shotgun was so that he could shoot the GD roosters.
