Hello All,
My name is Trisha Oden. I recently bought 21 new chicks. The range from Silikes to Show girls to paint sizzles. I also have 4 ducklings, 3 kittens, 2 chameleons, a fire belly frog, a rat, a gerbil, and 2 parakeets. Needless to say my family lovessel animals. I was raising 10 chickens before this bunch but something got into my coop and killed everyone of them so I am being extra protective of these babies. My favorite breed of chicken is silkies. My life is a busy stay at home mom/wife. I have 3 boys ages 11, 9, and 5. I have been married to my wonderful husband for a year together for almost 2. I have 3 step daughters ages 22, 19, and 17. We call our selves the Oden bunch. I had a good at raising pigs. That just wasn't for me. I like to research anything and everything just to educate myself. My favorite things to do are watch my ducklings swim in the tub and sit and watch my chicks. I am so devoted to all my unique pets. I am a softy for animals. I once accidently hit a opossum while night driving to Oklahoma from my home in Tennessee that I cried and went into a panic attack. I love love love animals. I can't bring myself to raise animals for slaughter. It's just not who I am. Any questions feel free to ask.
