Take here out to a temporary pen or cage for several days and re introduce her. That will force a reset of the pecking order.

The issue is still likely a nutrition issue though. She may be hungrier than the others.

When you put her back, put her back at night. Watch the next morning to make sure she is not attacked too much by the flock

Yes, unfortunately you will need to remove her from the flock completely. Normally I put my bad girl in a dog crate in the garage. She needs to neither be able to see or hear the rest of the flock. If they can still hear her they are reminded of her presence and she can still exert her status just Provide for her needs with food, water and so forth. By removing her you deny her both freedom and status thus curbing the aggressive behavior.

Put her back in a few weeks. If she picks up where she left off you know that she needs more time away and do it again. Usually if I isolate Miss Betsy (my mean girl) for about two weeks that pretty much does it. There has been a few times that I have had to do it again for another few weeks. But after a few stints in the clink she gets the message.

She is a repent offender, usually when its cold and they spend more time in the coop and pen is when she takes to her mean attitude. Could be seasonally attributed. But at any rate, my garage is heated so she does fine in there for a few weeks. I put her in a large dog crate so she has room to move around and so forth. When I take her back in a few weeks she usually does fine. The other girls have rearranged the pecking order so she is the one that is being chased to the corner and thus the problem is solved. Sometime she makes it to the top of the order again and we have to repeat the process.

Agree, reintroducing her to the flock at night is best.
 
So I got to give her some tough love. Ms. Beans is going to the slammer. . Now I have to find somewhere to put her.
