Hi everyone!
My name's Elisabeth and my family has had chickens for about 6-7 years now. Here's a list of our chickens and their names
(sorry, I'm really loving these emojis)
Slick- black cochin bantam rooster
Susie- RIR hen
Buffy, Belle, Dandelion- buff orpington hens
Priscilla- partridge cochin bantam
Rosie- red cochin bantam
Barney- RIR/black cochin (Susie & Slick)
Betsy- BO/black cochin (Belle and Slick)
NEW CHICKS
Archimedes- EE rooster
Fanny- white EE pullet
Lacy, Pearl, Fran- SLW hens (I hope)
We're thinking about maybe adding some silkies to the flock!! I'm still doing my research though.
I pretty much am on backyard chickens to ask (and maybe answer) questions, and maybe show off a few pictures of my favorite rooster Barney. And the EE's and SLW's are going to be beautiful!! Anyway, thanks for reading this far, bye!!

Hens go broody when you don’t want them to… and won’t go broody when you do.
We are glad you joined our flock!
