Hi everyone new chicken mom here! Found this site while searching up some info on chicken breeds. I have been keeping a small flock of 6 lovely ladies in my back yard for about 8 months now. we just added 3 new chicks and a rooster last month. my ladies consist of 3 black sex links, 3 rhode islands, they each give me an egg a day, which is great because I have 3 teenagers and a 11 year old. my new babies are a tiny bantam chick and 2 asia blacks we found all alone at tractor supply so they had to come home with me. We also have a 6 week old cream crested legbar rooster my friend hatched from her flock for us.
