Hello Everyone,
Thank you for allowing me to join the group. I am not new to chickens, I grew up on a farm in Rural Maryland. Since I am recently a survivor of breast cancer, I decided to do something that I have thought about for years. I miss the farm life. So, I decided to have a backyard flock. Now I am in the preparation stage. I want to make sure the conditions and housing at its best.

I look forward to reading the articles and and forums. We can learn much from others.

Welcome to the flock! This place inspired me to build my coop. Just searching around you will find lots of detailed articals and most have blue prints. The hard part is picking one!
