Hello All,
I just became a member of BYC today!
I started off with 3 chickens in April and that has quickly grown to over 40. I hatched my first chicks this past Friday. My breeds include...Polish, Lavendar Maran, Golden Laced Cochins, Ameraucana, Porcelain D’uccle, Millie Fleur D’uccle, Silkies. We have 5 coops. I guess you could say I’ve caught chicken fever. The husband and I love it. I joined to read and learn. I have learned so much already reading your posts.

Howdy! And welcome to BYC! It's great to have you. Everybody on here likes newbies and I'm glad that you and your DH are enjoying chickens. It's a pretty fun hobby and they seem to be one of the less stressful animals to own. And ya, I've learned a plenty too! It's like having a bunch of friends that are constantly able to talk.:D:woot:welcome
