Hi all! Just introducing myself, per admin request. I am incubating my first chicken and quail eggs right now, fingers crossed. Definitely want to do the quail, but the chicken eggs were more spur of the moment when I purchased a second-hand incubator. I'd really like to do ducks, too, but would need to keep them on a family members farm. While this is my first time raising my own poultry, I do have a farm background, so have some familiarity.
I hope this will be an interesting pastime, and help me have a more authentic experience as a human, and with nature, if that's not too silly sounding.
Why this site? Because many of my questions lead me here. Looking forward to being a member.
