Hi Everyone,
I just joined the site. I do not currently have any chickens but I do have a coop. I'm getting chickens in Feb/Mar 2020. I have been reading many of the posts and thought this site will be a good asset to have when I start raising chickens. I am in Rising Sun/Elkton Maryland area. I have already learned so much from just reading the posts.

Thanks for the video KiKi. I was trying to figure out how to navigate the site. I found the site from reading a book on raising chickens. I haven't decided on what kind of chickens yet; however I do like the Wyandotte's. They are beautiful.

Be aware that having joined you have been exposed to that well known chicken disease, chicken math-itis. Chickens today, then more chicks, then the disease will spread and you will find yourself craving ducks and geese. From there you will want quail.
