Hello from Mississippi.
We just got a land in MS Gulf Coast over a year ago and are very new to chickens. We started from rescuing few Blue Andalusian hens from a farm. Then expanded to have several more Brahma pullets, two of them grew up to be roosters. So we just added several more hens from a closing farm nearby.
We are just beginner and still have no intention to make a business out of chickens. I give away most of our eggs.
It is a really work in progress to gain more knowledge to raise healthy and happy hens & roosters.
