(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens? Been raising chickens off and on since 2003
(2) How many chickens do you have right now? Currently 15 chickens and 3 heritage turkeys with new Guineas arriving in early summer
(3) What breeds do you have? Heritage turkeys ( chocolate, bronze standard and navy something or other. They are brown and white.) Chickens are red star, red ranger, dark brahma, white chickens that lay brown eggs
(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens? Fresh eggs and fresh chicken
(5) What are some of your other hobbies? Raise texas Longhorns and garden
(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share. Kids are grown, 2 young grandchildren, 6 cows, 2 goats, 3 turkeys, usually 30 to 40 chickens and Guineas, 5 cats, 2 dogs, 2 hermit crabs and a couple aquarium. LOl
