Hello Karen here. My partner (Andy) and I both retired a year ago and moved from Dallas to Jacksonville Texas. We kept a small flock in Dallas. Now we have a little over 14 acres. The flock is still small - 5 hens that are a year+ old and five poults that are a couple of months old. The older girls keep us well supplied in eggs. Andy loves riding his tractor & keeping the pastures mowed. He is also a wood worker. I am a quilter & love cooking. We enjoy our gorgeous rose gardens & doing volunteer projects in our small town.
