Hi guys and gals! My name is Crissy and I’m a new member. I have a herd of 13 chickens. I have a mix of Cochins, baney (horrible speller), and a few others. I used to raise chickens a while back and got busy with work and got out of it. I decided to start back again this year because I loved my chickens I used to have. I’m considering turkeys soon, but for now, I’m happy with my little group. Thanks for having me!! Look forward to learning new ideas for my chickens.

Hi Chrissy, so glad you joined us at Backyard Chickens, you are VERY WELCOME HERE. I wonder if the word you are seeking is "Bantams." Bantams are not a specific breed but a size of chicken. They are smaller than a regular chicken.
